My brother bought for his wife couple of weeks ago and its not bad. Actually for the price you cant go wrong I think. Only real problem with it so far is the exhaust is VERY restrictive. Its just plain odd when you look at it. Its a 2/4 stroke cross... thats all I can say to describe it.
Bike packed me (165lbs and niece 40lbs) up steep road in 2nd (4spd autocltch) with no problem.
Will let you know of any updates...

thx i went to school and everyone says it sucks but it runs good and is perfect for a beginer and the price is right. and its new

Your friends are right, they do work not the best, ($1000?). They are definatly not as good as Yamha, Hondaect.though.
