I don't have enough info to post it in our Event Schedule, however I heard a rumor of the High Desert 250 in Ridgecrest, Ca. It's scheduled for 1/25-1/30. Try contacting Countdown at countdown@district37ama.org for more information.

Hey there, New to the site...already found some great info, thanks!

I was up in the high desert outside of Ridgecrest this past weekend (2/12-13) and there was something HUGE going on up there!

I have never seen so many toy haulers, RV's, Campers, Motorhomes, etc.

Met some nice folks and had a blast with some friends. It was my 10 yr old daughter's first time out - on a borrowed CRF70F and she is now hooked. Going shopping for a ttr90 this afternoon. Wink

Thanks for dropping in!

My son, who is 9, is riding a TTR-90. He loves it. My Daughter, who is 6, is riding his old PW50. I LOVE riding the TTR myself, that thing really hauls!

About the TTR-90, if you didn't see my other post Smile, the idle speed adjust is on the "inside" side of the carb and a bit hard to get to. Additionally I wish someone would make a folding shift lever for it. I can't count how many times I've had to straighten that thing out. I finally bought a folding one that I'm going to cut and weld onto the original. We'll see how that goes!

Well there's the Hare & Hound race on the 27th put on by The Checkers MC in Lucerne Valley. That's right near, right? You can details at: The CheckersMC website
