Land Use Alerts The Transportation Equity Act, H.R. 3, is being debated this week on the floor of the House of Representatives. This bill includes funding for the Recreational Trails Program (RTP), with $380 million for trails over the next four years.

Congress will vote on this tomorrow, Thursday, March 10, 2005.
