Yorba Linda, CA (1/3/06) – Alloy Motocross Co., a leader in performance MX apparel, and Rockstar Suzuki Racing announced they have joined forces for the upcoming race season. This new partnership brings together one of motocross’ fastest growing companies with one of the largest energy drink companies, and marks an initial two-year commitment from Alloy MX and Rockstar Suzuki Racing.
“One of the first companies we wanted to work with was Alloy,” stated Jason May of Rockstar Energy Drink. “After getting together with their crew and going through the design process, it was an automatic decision to pull the trigger. The line looks unreal and everyone involved feels it is a perfect fit for both brands.”
Alloy will unveil the new Rockstar Limited Edition Series at the season opener at Anaheim 1. Jason Lawrence, Mike Brown, Sean Hamblin and Ryan Mills will all be wearing the black on black incognito gear as they make the push toward the SX Championship. Greg Schnell will complete the line up as he chases the Toyota Arenacross Series Championship.
“When Rockstar Suzuki Racing approached us with this opportunity, we had to jump on it,” commented Braden Dahl. “Rockstar Energy Drink is a staple in our office and the commitment they have shown to the sport is commendable and appreciated. We feel that the new alliance is one that will continue to grow throughout the coming years and one that can assist Alloy’s growth both in and outside the industry.”
The Rockstar Suzuki Race Team won’t be the only riders wearing Alloy this year as Makita Suzuki’s Broc Hepler and Honda’s Travis Preston will also be putting in the laps, along with top amateurs Adam Chatfield, Jared Browne and Tyler Sjoberg.
