Motion Pro Folding Trail T-Handle Set
It’s true, I’m a sucker for gizmos, gadgets, and generally cools stuff; especially if it can be used as a tool in some way. The Motion Pro Folding Trail T-Handle Set falls into that category. It certainly is in my top 5 list of cool pack tools.
To get down to the details, the main piece is a cool compact 1/4" drive folding T-handle that folds to a very small, easy to pack package. The set also includes 8, 10, 12 and 13mm six-point sockets. The pieces are chrome vanadium and sport a nickel pewter finish. They also carry a standard one year warranty. The sockets seem to be manufactured to reasonable tolerances and fit snuggly on all the bolt heads that I tried them on.
The package includes a nylon carrying case with internal pockets to hold the T-handle, sockets and a few additional accessories. A couple strategically chosen 1/4” drive allen key sockets for my XR would be my choice.
For those of you organized types, the carrying case is pretty nifty. However, I will most likely ditch it in favor of shoving all the pieces into my nifty dual-oil-bottle tool tote (I’ll include a link to this beauty as soon as I remember to find the page).
The box the set comes in contains a warning that it is designed as a hand tool and not to exceed the listed maximum torque specifications.

All-in-all I really dig the Motion Pro Folding Trail T-Handle Set but, to be honest, at around $29 it seems a bit on the ‘spensive side. But that’s par for the course when going with the quality items from Motion Pro. I have to say that I put this in the “I can’t live without, but wish it were cheaper” category.
